There will not be never a place to negotiate with someone who is constantly broking agreements. The only way is to support UA not to lose. This is the key point to Europe

with all respect to your German mentality, unfortunately your opinion about terrorism is very strange, with which apparently most reasonably thinking people would not agree.
In my opinion, as well EU parliament, TODAY Russia IS a terrorist state terrorizing the civilian population of Ukraine by bombing thermal power plants and electrical substations with the EXPRESS PURPOSE of freezing people and destroying the population of Ukraine.
Let me remind you that recently Putin was treating all world with nuclear weapons. Is this not terrorism?
The answer is: russia has always been a terrorist state through its all iterations of last 500 years.
